I rarely read articles that have enumersted tips or x steps to anything. It's a Saturday morning with a bit of leasure. Some combination of serenditiy, spontenaiety, sychronicity or ramdom drew me in to read yours.

Culitivate relationsships, become more self aware. No arguement from me. #3 "Focus on Growing Your Business" however brought me to a dead stop. Why? I had to reread the topic as my own pause was, well, interesting to me. In a nutshell there is a disconnect for me between the headline "grow you business" and "solutions" and "growth mindset". These are for me three very distinctly different concepts? Can you help me understand or explain?

As an aside my first inclination was to cross out your #3 and replace it with "Grow Yourself and Your People". Could that be the #1 thing? Maybe the only thing?
