Isn't self leadership always going on in some way at some level?
I've long felt in my work that my role in existing organizations is to assist in uncovering or discovering self "leadership" of individuals in their respective roles.
That is, where does self leadership already exist? Where and how does SL create value? How do we get more of that? What's in the way?
The conversation starts something like "can you tell me about your day?". And goes from there. My handle for this approach is the "ground game of teal".
Can you imagine how much fun this is?
