Thank you for this. I suck at writing. I know, I know, that’s not a good attitude. All. that aside for some reason defying reason I am feeling compelled to write. I am finding that I do truly or mostly suck at it. Why compelled? It seems I’m best or better at it when the writing is in conversation or relationship with others. It just seems so much more natural if I am not thinking about “publishing” beyond to to others. What your article affirmed for me is that writing me is the the attempt to actually understand my own thinking. When I write, while in relationship or connected with others, the writing is mostly for myself. Someone once described or said something like “most conversations are with myself, which occasionally involve others”.

Yours added to the toolkit and allowed for me to write this response. How cool is that.
